Free weights should be the best exercise when you go to the gym. When you go to the gym, you find that the big guys are always at that end of the gym where the heavy weights are. The exercise machines are good and they do help you keep fit but they won’t do much for your muscle growth.
Once you start seeing some changes in your body, it can get very exciting and you might feel like going to the gym everyday.
